Employment

At TREEHouse Community Services, we believe that employment plays a critical role in the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders. That's why we offer employment training programs to help our clients build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce.

Our employment training programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve. We provide a range of services, including vocational assessment, career counseling, job readiness training, and job placement assistance. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve long-term employment success.

We partner with local businesses and organizations to provide job placement opportunities for our clients. We work closely with employers to ensure a good match between our clients and available job openings. We also provide ongoing support to both our clients and their employers to help them succeed in their jobs.

Our employment training programs are available to individuals who have completed our treatment and rehabilitation programs, as well as those who are seeking employment services only. We currently offer these services to individuals who live in the D.C. Metro Area, including Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

At TREEHouse Community Services, we are committed to providing culturally-informed and people-first services to our clients. We understand that the journey to employment success can be challenging, and we are here to support our clients every step of the way.
